For those of you ordering beef or pork, or those of you bringing you own animals to us, you have 24 hours for pork, and 7 days to get your cut sheet/specs to us. Any specs not received in time, your animal will be cut to our standard. By not getting them to us, it holds up the line, and we can no longer do that. Also, you have 24 hours to let us know if you want your organs, or they will be disposed of. We do give you 7 days to pick up your order, unless another time is noted/agreed on. Anything over 7 days is subject to a $5 day storage fee. Thank you for your cooperation with this.
